Fyvie Castle & Lake 5K / 2K 2009 Results · 20 days ago
Well done to the runners who took part in this year’s Fyvie 5K and 2K Fun Run! Despite the poor weather we had 48 runners in the 5K and 57 runners in the 2K. Times for the first three male and female runners in each event were as follows:

Fyvie Castle & Lake 5K/2K Fun Run 2009 · 55 days ago
On your marks . . . the Fyvie Castle and Lake 5K / 2K Fun Run is all set for Saturday 13 June 2009! Open to adults and children, the Fun Run starts at 11am and the 5K starts at 11.30am from Fyvie Castle. Runners should meet 30 minutes prior to the start for a friendly scenic event.
All proceeds will be donated to Fyvie School Parent Council. Entry forms are available by clicking the following link, or by mail from Jonathan Williams (01651 891876). Entries will also be accepted on the day, subject to a £1 surcharge.
Entry costs
5K : £8 (£6 for Scottish Athletics Affiliated Members)
2K : £5
Prizes
Vouchers and spot prizes worth £150 will be awarded as follows:
- Adults: 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female runners will be awarded Run-4-It vouchers worth £20 / £15 / £10
- Children aged 9-12 inclusive – 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female runners will be awarded Run-4-It vouchers worth £15 / £10 / £5
- Children aged up to and including 8 years – 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female runners will also receive prizes (to be confirmed).
- All children participating will receive a fun run medal.
